Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to SSP Custom Sound. We specialize in providing professional audio, video, lighting, acoustics, and surveillance system installation services to churches, schools, businesses, and community organizations. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
2. Definitions
• Client: The individual or entity contracting services.
• Company: SSP Custom Sound, providing the services outlined in these terms.
• Services: Installation, consultation, design, and maintenance of audio, video, lighting, acoustics, and surveillance systems.
• Agreement: The terms and conditions outlined in this document, along with any signed contracts or proposals.
3. Services Provided
The Company agrees to provide professional installation and integration of systems according to the specifications agreed upon by the Client. This may include:
- Audio system design and installation
- Video system design and installation
- Lighting system design and installation
- Acoustic treatments and solutions
- Surveillance and security systems, design and installation
- Service Contracts
- Service Calls
- Equipment, Product, and Service Sales
4. Estimates and Proposals
All estimates and proposals are based on the initial scope of work and the information provided by the Client. Any changes to the scope may result in adjustments to the cost and timeline.
5. Payment Terms
• Deposits: A [percentage]% deposit is required to initiate work.
• Final Payment: Full payment is due upon project completion unless other arrangements have been made.
• Late Payments: A late payment fee of 3% may be applied for invoices unpaid after 30 days.
• Cancellation: If the Client cancels the project after signing the contract, they may be responsible for costs incurred up to the cancellation point.
6. Client Responsibilities
• Provide access to the premises for timely installation.
• Ensure all necessary permissions and approvals are obtained (building permits, etc.).
• Inform the Company of any existing infrastructure issues that may affect installation (wiring, electrical systems, etc.).
7. Warranty
The Company provides a [length of time] warranty on all installations. Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment provided by the Company. The Company is not liable for any damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party alterations after installation.
8. Maintenance and Support

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the project. This includes system designs, pricing, and trade secrets.
12. Governing Law
